Fee For Services : $ 2000.00    
Cancellation Policy :
$2,000 per diem charged for hearing day and each day of research and preparation of the opinion and award. A hearing day is any portion of a day up to eight hours. Time for research and preparation is prorated. Cancellation Policy: $2,00 for one day per diem if not notified withint twenty-one (21) days of scheduled hearing date. Expenses: Actual costs of reasonable expenses. Automobile mileage is charged at the applicable IRS expense rate.
